Julia’s 8th Birthday Parody (2019) – A Hamilton Parody (music from Yorktown)

Julia’s turning 8, and to commemorate the occasion, here’s another parody from your favorite Broadway show and mine: Hamilton!

“Birthday (The Girl Turns 8 Right Now)” features cameo performances from Elena, Julia, and Ethan! Music is from the song, “Yorktown (The World Turned Upside Down),” written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and originally sung by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Anthony Ramos, Daveed Diggs, Okierieet Onaodowan, and the Original Broadway Cast.

The song at the beginning of the video is called “”Little Green Bag” (1969), written by Jan Visser and George Baker, and recorded by the George Baker Selection.
